My mum and I had a very relaxing day. Staff were really friendly, especially one of the ladies on reception who facilitated our lunch and everything we needed. The spa and gym facilities are lovely and clean and I would definitely return here in the future.

This was one of the best spas I’ve been to. Arrived in the morning and spent the whole day there. Booked the spa day with three treatments included - a back massage, scalp massage and body scrub. The therapist was professional and did a superb job. The Jacuzzi was much bigger than other spas I’ve been to, it was lovely and warm and extremely relaxing as well as the relaxation room with heated seats. It would be nice if the heated seats were in the main spa area. There is a cafe which has nice views. The only disappointment was the lack of food options, they had run out of a lot of options. Also there were no cups for water around the spa area. Overall very pleased and will return again.

I booked this spa for the day of finishing a night marathon. I booked on a SpaSeekers deal that included a back/neck/scalp massage and a body scrub. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the spa area first, followed by our treatments as the last activities of the day. This was the right sequence for me - and I cannot rate the treatments highly enough. The therapists were amazing, attentive, asked about massage pressure, anything they needed to be aware of - and I truly felt that they listened, rather than asking the questions as a tick box exercise. I'd also highly recommend the Relaxation Room - a real treat after a night of extreme/endurance exercise. A brilliant experience - I will definitely visit again.
